Meeting at the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the delegation of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Iran

On July 1, Mr. Fazail Ibrahimli, Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met with Mr. Abdolreza Mesri, Vice Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Iran, visiting Azerbaijan to participate in the Baku Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network.

Welcoming the guest, Mr. Fazail Ibrahimli stated that such meetings had a positive effect on the development of relations, and that he highly appreciated the participation of the Iranian delegation in the Baku Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network. He shared his views on the event dedicated to the theme of “Boosting the role of national parliaments in promoting global peace and sustainable development”.

Mr. Abdolreza Mesri, Vice Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Iran, expressed his congratulations for the high-level organization of the Baku Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network held in Azerbaijan.
