Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates

On 07 May, Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, within the framework of an official visit to the UAE.

During the meeting, attention was drawn to cooperation within international parliamentary organizations, particularly the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, established at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Mr. Ilham Aliyev. It was noted that parliamentarians of the two countries maintain close contacts and provide mutual support within the NAM PN.
