Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Mr. Hanafy Gebaly, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Arab Republic of Egypt

On May 17, Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Mr. Hanafy Gebaly, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Arab Republic of Egypt, during his visit to Azerbaijan in the framework of the Special Session of the Milli Majlis dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

Chairperson Sahiba Gafarova thanked Mr. Hanafy Gebaly for participation at the Special Session. Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Arab Republic of Egypt appreciated the initiatives put forward by Azerbaijan during the chairmanship of the Non-Aligned Movement and expressed his belief in the progress of the movement's Parliamentary Network.

At the meeting, ideas were exchanged on further expansion of parliamentary diplomacy within the framework of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network.
