Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Mr. Martin Chungong, IPU Secretary General in Tashkent

On 04 April, within the framework of working visit of Ms. Gafarova to Tashkent, the meeting between NAM PN Chairpesron and IPU Secretary General focused on strengthening cooperation between the NAM PN and the IPU.

Mr. Chungong commended the Network’s growing role and underlined the importance of stronger collaboration.

The meeting highlighted the role of parliamentary diplomacy in addressing global challenges and contributing to peace and stability.
