Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Mr. Mohamed Ghiat, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Morocco

On 22 June, Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Mr. Mohamed Ghiat, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Morocco, who was visiting Azerbaijan to participate in the 20th Session of the Conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Member States.

The parties expressed satisfaction with the cooperation between the two parliaments within international parliamentary organisations, including the Parliamentary Network of the Non-Aligned Movement. It was stated that Morocco is represented at a high level at the Network’s conferences and attaches great importance to the work of the organisation.
